Restrict - Merge to main Copy option for certain group of Developers 

Use Case
It will be definitely useful for every APEX user.For example , 30 Developers are working on the same application but in their working copies. Suppose out of 10 are trainees or may be new to the company and not much aware how to “Merge into main”.  So in my suggestion we should have one option to restrict them to get the option of “Merge to Main working Copy”. As this feature is still improving we can have this useful tweak and we can save so many issue fixed in advanced which can be there if they are not using this “Merge to main” option.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
May be in user management we can set one flag , if we want to give the access on Merge to main access to the user or not .
