Add folders to Object Browser

Idea Summary
Allow the use to organize tables, views etc in the object browser by what application in the schema uses them. This way it allows better organization and efficiency when working on multiple applications in one schema. Users would be able to sort and filter by folder name so they can focus just one subset of tables/views etc if they wish. 

Use Case
Any schema that has more than one application.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.
