Report Change Dynamic Action on Interactive Report

Idea Summary
Interactive Grid has Dynamic Action triggering on Report Change event. The same would be useful on Interactive Report as well.

Also a way to know which saved report (alias) is currently displayed is needed.

Use Case
Enabling/disabling buttons based on Report user selected.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that it is unlikely to make its way into APEX in the foreseeable future.

    While this idea sounds like a quick win, there are other IR improvements that we would like to prioritize.
