This idea is a sequel to the "FR-4024 APEX mail settings on application level" by jens.kaschuba,  suggested by Vincent Morneau

Idea Summary
All mail settings, e.g. hosts/ports, username/password, from smtp address should be also configurable on workspace level

Use Case
At the moment you can only specify general email setting in instance level.
If you have to use different mail settings from app to app, it's not possible to achieve this at the moment.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Provide email settings in workspace definition as for web credentials or remote servers
