Idea Summary
As many of us have experienced, the View Documentation button on the help dialogs within APEX are pretty hit-or-miss. Sometimes, you'll click and be taken to something relevant in the documentation, but often times you're taken to the front page of the app builder's guide. In the case above, I'm running APEX 24.1.1 and the button opens the front page of the guide, but for 23.2.
Use Case
Providing easy to reach documentation for your product allows customers to self-service more reliably. We shouldn't need to create third-party documentation helpers; but the fact that folks have is a clear indicator that something is wrong with the provided guidance.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Fix the buttons to go to something useful, or hide them. I'd rather hit a dead end dialog than have to watch a popup take me to the same empty app builder's guide page.
