Provide the Link Attributes user defined attribute in all UT List Templates.

Use Case
To support Cypress (or other) automation testing using data attributes as selectors, we need to be able to add data attributes to all list entries, eg data-cy="admin-link".  The Link Attributes attribute allows us to do this in the Cards list template, but none of the others support this.
