Idea Summary
Add a column description for email templates in the Translation Repository report.

Currently (up to 23.2 anyway) all fields of translatable email templates (subject, header, body, footer) appear in the Translation Repository Interactive Report without a Column Description.

(There may be other components with a proper Column Description)
