Support of Context Right click Copy / Paste in IOS

Use Case
At time would like to make Application changes while using an IPAD. I can attach a mouse and use the right context menu for most things except copy and paste text. I have tries three browsers within IOS and none allow copy / paste text from say text box or sql box.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Not sure if it's a bug or an enhancement. Improve the Developer UI to allow copy / paste on IOS devices.
