Allow column headers to be made "Bold" in Interactive grid

Idea Summary
In previous themes the columns headers were shown in bold and were easy to read and distinguish from other table data. But in Redwood Light theme the column headers on IG are not bold and also the font seems smaller than rest of the table. This makes the reading and viewing experience not that great. 

Use Case
All the screens where we will have interactive grids and reports. 
Currently, yes there is a way to add bold on column headers by adding html tag in the header label but this is time consuming process. IF my application has 10 tables with 40 columns in each then this is a lot of unwanted manual work. 

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Make column headers bold again by default like in previous themes or at least give one single option at IG level property to allow users to select bold column headers instead of making changes in every column and in every table

This idea is open.

    They are (or at least semibold):

    --a-base-font-weight-semibold: 600;

--a-gv-header-cell-font-weight: var(--a-base-font-weight-semibold, 500);
