API to refresh Universal Theme

With a new APEX version, the Themes must also be updated, doing this one by one for hundreds of applications is very time-consuming.

In addition, the update also resets the default theme to Vita.

It would be nice to have an API function to refresh the theme

This is planned for a future APEX release.

    Same would go for Lists and maybe some of the other components we can subscribe to from other applications?

    Oooh that looks very nice! Once we migrate from 24.1 to 24.2 we will definitely look into that.
