Show validation when change item value instead wait page submit

Idea Summary
Nowadays, the validations appears when we submit page. But is better show that to user when lose item focus.

Use Case
when the user is filling out a form and has some incorrect information

Preferred Solution (Optional)
choice when the validation will show. Submit or on change item

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    I think FR-222 conflates this idea (FR-2487) and FR-2051

    I think this is the more important case.

    there is a plugin called live validations that goes part of the way. 

    But agree need better options
