Interactive Grid Re-order

Idea Summary
I'm currently using the Interactive Grid Cookbook solution of up and down arrows to re-order records in an Interactive Grid.  Our customer, U.S. govt, would like to be able to re-order using a drag-and-drop.

Use Case
Our use case includes a dependency table that is used by other tables to establish deployment order.  This idea would bring Apex into a more modern manner of re-ordering rows using the end user preferred drag-and-drop method.

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    Should be easier now that IG renders 2 HTML tables rather than 4. Have not yet had a chance to put together a working example. We already have an internal tracking ticket for this but it is not yet prioritized.
