Extend apex ORDS capabilities for configuring security, OAUTH2 and other ORDS settings

Idea Summary
Improve ORDS setup UI in order to setup all common ORDS atributes, like security and oauth that you must currently perform by quering ORDS views and PLSQL calls.

Use Case
Make ords API maintenance easier without needing to have PLSQL knowledge to setup endpoints security.

Preferred Solution (Optional)

This is a great idea! You can already achieve this in APEX today with a slightly different approach.

    I would like one API to call and it would return the bearer key token and all endpoints that are configured for that authorization would just understand it.

    For advanced operations on ORDS attributes, we recommend you use SQL Developer Web.
