David is a consultant specializing in system performance tuning. He started working with the Oracle database in 1989 as a developer. He is also known as an expert in the PeopleSoft field.
He worked for PeopleSoft UK and then as an independent consultant providing performance consultancy, mostly to PeopleSoft customers.
He is the author of 'PeopleSoft for the Oracle DBA', and blogs about PeopleSoft & Oracle.
He has been involved with the UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) for many years, presenting regularly at meetings and conferences. He formerly served as a UKOUG SIG chair and then director. He is an Oracle ACE Director and member of the Oak Table.
