Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper provides the infrastructure for opening up the operators telecom network for third-party applications. Services Gatekeeper also provides the infrastructure for administrating the relationship with service providers and maintaining the service level agreements.

Prerequisites

These practices will help you install the Platform Test Environment (PTE) as an addition to a basic installation of Services Gatekeeper. Then you will configure plug-ins, accounts and SLAs before using the PTE for testing User Location, Short and Multimedia Messaging. There are also optional practices for using SoapUI as a test client.
These practices will help you install the API Portals as an addition to a basic installation of Services Gatekeeper. Then you will use the Management Portal and the Partner Portal to define APIs, onboard a partner and help the partner use the API.
