      More elaboration on Rprofile would have been better. At startup, R will source the Rprofile.site file. It will then look for a .Rprofile file to source in the current working directory. If it doesn't find it, it will look for one in the user's home directory. It is better to copy Rprofile contens to Rprofile.site file. Rprofile.site file is in C:\Program Files\R\R-2.15.1\etc. R version could be different. An awesome tutorial :)
