    Very poor for a beginner. Earlier OBE's were explained with diagrams step by step. The flow is very fuzzy and if a person has not worked on JDeveloper then he needs to learn the tool first to start working on OBE as the steps for creating the project on JDeveloper are not explained. PDF makes it heavier to run, its another pain in the OBE.
