• Integrated Chatbot User Experience for the JD Edwards Administration

    This white paper describes a case study that highlights a possible JD Edwards feature regarding chatbots that would be built around the JD Edwards administration. JD Edwards Development JDE-Labs is currently researching the use of chatbots within EnterpriseOne. This functionality is not generally available. 

    The purpose of the white paper is to introduce basic concepts of chatbots and give hands-on experience of how to build an intelligent bot that is embedded within JD Edwards, enabling stakeholders to utilize the same to build their own bots for JD Edwards.
