    • EPM Cloud Tax Reporting is a business process in the financial close domain. The tax provision is an integral part of the financial close process – the books can’t close until tax closes. Tax Reporting helps companies more closely integrate tax reporting with the broader financial reporting process to reduce risk and realize significant efficiencies. It also provides the corporate tax department with enterprise-quality workflow, supplemental data, dash boarding, reporting and analysis and data management tools to improve risk analysis and tax planning.

      In this learning path, you will learn how to use Tax Reporting to create an application.

      As you use Tax Reporting to create an application, you will:

    Log on to Tax Reporting
    • 1. Log on to Tax Reporting as a system administrator.

      2. On the Tax Reporting page, scroll to Tax Reporting, and then click Select.

    Open the Application Creation Wizard
    • In Create a New Application, click Start.

    Provide a Name and Description for Your Tax Reporting Application
    • In Create Application: General, enter a name and description for your Tax Reporting application, and then click Next.

    Provide Application Details
    • In Create Application: Details, define your start and end year, select the main application currency, and select whether to use multicurrency. (Note that multicurrency cannot be changed after the application is created.) Click Next to advance to the next screen.

    Select Whether to Enable Application Features
    • In Create Application: Features, select whether to enable any reporting and other optional features, and then click Next. (Note that once enabled, these features cannot be disabled. To remove the features, you would have to create a new application.)

    Review Your Selections and Start the Application Process
    • In Create Application: Review, review your selections, and then click Create to start the application process.

      Once the application has been successfully created, click OK in the Application Creation Status dialog box.

      After you click OK, the application is displayed.
