The Oracle Cloud CX Implementation and Management Series videos will help you prepare for an implementation of Oracle Cloud CX applications and help you effectively manage the deployment and ongoing use of the system. The videos in this series are primarily intended for Oracle Cloud CX customers involved in planning and managing the project, but will also be helpful to other members of the project team. They will also be interesting to Oracle partners who offer Oracle Cloud CX implementation services, to help them to augment and align their approach and practices with Oracle’s recommendations.
While this content is not specific to any particular release of Oracle Cloud CX applications, it will be periodically updated to incorporate your feedback.
