    I would like to know about profiles, if they are managed in PDB (in em express seems that) or in CDB. Connecting with Sql*plus to a CDB I have the DBA_PROFILES view but connecting to a PDB this does not exists. In EM Express I can see profiles only if I connect to the PDB em express, if I connect to the DBE em express There is no menu item for Profiles..
