APEX change password page making customizable by Apex developers

Idea Summary
The given page using change passwords cannot customized by Apex developers. This is a problem, setting the right corporate identifty for this page, furthermore its not possible adding more text, information etc.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.

    This is an issue mostly for applications relying on APEX accounts authentication scheme. Most production applications don't use this built-in auth scheme. Given that the general recommendation is to use other authentication schemes, we are not prioritizing this idea for now.
