Interactive Report - columns not possible to hide should be displayed in a more intuitive way

Idea Summary
Currently the columns not possible to hide have their names bolded in the modal controlling their visibility (Actions→Columns). It is not obvious that they're impossible to hide, especially since the user can actually move them to the “Do Not Display” side. It should be more obvious that they can't be hidden.

Use Case
For instance there is an Interactive Report with a column that can't be hidden. The user opens the modal Actions→Columns with a view to hiding some columns. They should immediately know, that some columns can't be hidden, ie. without prior knowledge that the bold font indicates so.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
The Interactive Grid seems to be better in this regard. There is a list of checkboxes. Making a checkbox disabled would make it obvious that the column visibility can't be changed.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that it is unlikely to make its way into APEX in the foreseeable future.
