Provide an RSS feed for APEX releases, patches, and revised downloads

Could we get an RSS feed for the APEX download page? It should cover new releases and patches, but also packages that are replaced without changing the version number.

I downloaded APEX 26.2 on October 7. On October 9, the package was replaced. There is a note about this on the download page, but I only noticed because I compared the downloads. I've seen this happen before, so I've started checking.

The same thing has happened with patches, with a download being changed just a day after it was published. If I hadn't checked again, I could have kept using the original package as the basis for installations at all my customers.

The note on the page is useful, but once I've downloaded something, I don't normally go back to see whether it has been replaced. An RSS feed would help here.

It would make sense to include SQLcl and ORDS in the same feed, given how closely their versions are now tied to APEX. I'd like to keep all three up to date, but I don't always have SQLcl and ORDS on my radar. Having those updates in one place would make that easier.

This idea is open.
