Idea Summary
I would like APEX IDE to have the same possibility to define row actions as exists in Card region. Now,  there is only possible to write a javascript code to put row actions to APEX$ROW_ACTION column or create separate columns as links to define action.

Use Case
Always when we need specific atction fot selected row, we could click action button 

and select action defined in APEX IDE.
