Description:
Currently, in Interactive Reports (IR), there is no built-in support to upload and display multiple images within a single row. This limitation makes it difficult for applications that require image galleries, product images, employee documents, or multi-attachment scenarios.
Proposed Enhancement:
- Multiple Image Upload in IR Row:
- Allow users to upload multiple images for a single record directly from the Interactive Report.
- Images should be displayed in a structured format (e.g., thumbnail gallery) within the same row.
- Edit Capability via Link:
- Provide an “Edit” link or icon in each row.
- Clicking it should open a form page where:
- Existing images can be viewed
- Images can be added, replaced, or deleted
- User-Friendly UI:
- Drag & drop upload support
- Preview thumbnails before saving
- Option to reorder images
Use Cases:
- Employee document management (multiple attachments)
- Product catalogs (multiple product images)
