Idea Summary
The universal theme is although great, it lacks the look and feel for modern and mobile first approach, compared to many other no-code platforms which is help in generating great looking mobile first templates and utilize the functionalities therein. I feel Oracle Apex is focusing heavily on the tabular reports and much less on mobile side of app development. now with the well developed PWA component, it lacks some refinement to really onboard the mobile approch. 

Use Case
Very similar to the ApexGo app, having either ready made mobile first templates or have AI ability to create and utilize such ai created mobile first templates.

With some sort of an AI interface that understands Oracle Apex deterministic concept
