currently it's not possible to enable rejoin session if session cloning is enabled.

Use Case
if you call a url with no or an invalid session id and you already have a session in this browser, this session should be used to open the url and no invalidate all tabs.

rejoin the parent session in this browser
optional: when rejoining, clone from the parent session
